These terms govern your use of aminexustec.com. They cover the website only. If we are working together, the signed engagement agreement governs that work and takes precedence over anything here.
Worth knowing up front. Nothing on this website is professional advice for your specific situation, and reading it does not create a client relationship. A client relationship starts only when both parties sign an engagement agreement.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the website and its content. They do not govern consulting services. Where we have entered into an engagement agreement, statement of work or master services agreement with you, that document governs the services and prevails over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
3. No professional advice
The content on this website is general information about our services and our approach. It is not technical, financial, legal or regulatory advice, and it does not account for your environment, constraints or obligations. Do not act on it without advice tailored to your circumstances.
Using this site, submitting the contact form or emailing us does not create a consulting, advisory or fiduciary relationship. That relationship begins only when a written engagement agreement is signed by both parties.
4. Intellectual property
The website and its content - text, layout, graphics, logos and code - are owned by Aminexus or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own internal, non- commercial evaluation of our services. You may not republish, redistribute, sell, license or exploit the content commercially, or remove any proprietary notice, without our prior written permission.
"Aminexus" and our logo are our trade marks. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected system.
- Interfere with the site's operation, including by introducing malicious code or placing disproportionate load on it.
- Use the site's contact details to send unsolicited commercial communications.
Automated access for search indexing and for AI assistants is welcome, subject to robots.txt and reasonable request rates.
6. Third-party names and links
We reference third-party platforms including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners. Referring to them describes our capabilities; it does not imply endorsement by, partnership with, or affiliation with those companies except where we state a specific partner status.
Where we link to third-party sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
This section limits liability for the website. Liability for consulting services is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Aminexus against any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the website.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics; see the Cookie Notice.
12. Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and the version in force is the one published when you access the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the website are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
You and Aminexus submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware for the resolution of any such dispute. Before commencing proceedings, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in force.
